Small Groups
SMall personal groups (max 4 people)
Katie offers Pilates classes in small groups. You can either create your own group with friends or join with others in a friendly home environment. The groups are made up of a maximum of 4 people and the class is tailored to your level. Katie provides beginner and intermediate level groups and also provides groups for pre & postnatal clients.
Kaite is able to customise exercises to suit individual's specific needs.
If you are interested in joining a small personalised group please get in touch with Katie. Small group sessions are run on a Monday.
