Katie has been practising Pilates for over 20 years. Due to a back injury 10 years ago she found her only relief was after a Pilates class so she decided to teach!

With such an enormous passion for its controlled intelligent movements and healing benefits to the body, it has enabled many of her clients to continue to an active life-style often thought not possible. Katie believes that Pilates is the ultimate form of exercise to help strengthen, lengthen and tone the body and is also and valuable tool to assist during rehabilitation.

Pilates compliments many other exercises with the focus on breathing, the core and alignment. She now runs various class ranging from beginners to intermediates, 1:1’s, pre and post-natal, neurological conditions and recently specialised in Pilates for Multiple Sclerosis.
