Katie offers relaxed classes for postnatal mums wanting to get back in pre-pregnancy shape. Focusing on strenthening pelvic floor and toning abdominal muscles. To help reduce problematic back pain, improve posture and functional fitness for everydat life.

Katie holds Post-Natal classes in Brighton at Yelowave. If you prefer a smaller group Katie provides small group sessions which are held in her home environment.
