Katie’s beginners class will teach you the key breathing techniques required to engage your core and work on your entire body as a whole. The class is designed for new starters and those that have mastered the basics in Pilates. If you have been struggling with getting back into exercise or have an injury the beginners class is a perfect start. Katie will guide you through the techniques and build upon your muscle strength, tone, balance and flexibility.
