Pilates By Sea
Welcome to Pilates by Sea run by Katie Sommerville a fully qualified and insured Pilates instructor. Katie has been practising Pilates for over 20 years providing classes for all levels.
Pilates is the ultimate form of exercise to help strengthen, lengthen and tone the body and is also a valuable tool to assist during rehabilitation. Pilates compliments many other exercises with a focus on breathing, the core and alignment.
Katie offers classes for new mums (pre & post natal), beginner to intermediate level Pilates and people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Katie also provides personal Pilates tutoring in small groups (max 4 people) or in a private one to one session.
Classes are based in Shoreham By Sea, Brighton & Worthing. If you are unsure of what level class is right for you then do not hesitate to get in touch.
